The staff are professional, extremely friendly and personable, however, I would not recommend this place for the service that I purchased, which was laser hair removal. I had six, monthly laser sessions to remove the hair on my chin. I was told that this procedure would kill the hair follicles and it would never grow back. That was true for about a year. Now, I still have to shave twice a week or use Nair. I feel like I was conned out of my money.
