Over charged options and took my Honda owner rebat...

Over charged options and took my Honda owner rebate $750 with a new car purchase. Broke the overpaid option installation schedule and had to come back multiple times to pick the parts up for self installation. A wrong part delivered and some still back ordered. I insisted the parts were crucial to my business before my car trade in. However, they said sales team has nothing to do with parts and service teams. I have no confidence on their communication. One of the sales manager told me that the Honda honor rebate (for the current Honda owner) is for their profit and their luck if customers are qualify for the rebate. That's how they offer a big(?) discount to ALL customers. If a customer owns a Honda, they are making extra money by filing and collecting rebate from Honda as their profit. Is this Honda loyalty program really mean? I asked for it to use it as a downpayment per Honda Website specified, but I was told it has been already used. Sales person and his manager were nice to us, but everyone else... you got one star.
