If all you did was breathe deeply while you were at The Roasterie it would be enough because it smells so wonderful. It would also be a shame not to sample the many ways you can enjoy coffee there. The air roasting gives their already outstanding beans more outstandingness! Even when it's closed, it still smells great in the area and at night you get to see Betty, the beautiful DC 3 on the roof, rising from her blue lit runway!
