We stayed when there was a flood. Even the lobby was full of water so it was hard to open the door. But no one helped me before i decide to stay and pay.
And, the elevator was not working. So we had to work on the fifth floor every single time even when I had luggage, but the hotel did not say sorry for any service. The receptionist also had a pretentious smile.
I did not know that it was the worst flood in Venice, but I think it would be the worst that I have ever been given.
We stayed at the Junior Suites for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable.

We arrived at the time of the worst flood in Venice, and the water bus did not run properly, so we had to enter any hotel nearby. This was the only hotel with room for 3 people at the time. The door on the first floor of the hotel was locked and the door did not open well, but no one in the office was helping to open the door. I decided to check in and went with my family, who was isolated at the water bus stop, carrying my carrier hard on my shoulders. Then he opened the door. It was a junior suite. I was in the 6th floor when I was in Korea. I checked in my baggage at check-in, but when I checked out, I met a lot of staff until I came out of the room, but no one helped me. Rather, the foreign grandfather who came down came to the carrier. The best location was the suites, the room condition was good and the breakfast was good, but there was not any consideration or assistance for the tourists who were embarrassed by the worst floods, there was not any help, the elevator which was broken, The hotel, which had no word on it, was the worst. Especially the guy at the reception. Anyone who looks at it is in a state of unreasonableness. never! never! I will not go. Never recommend it.
