I feel cheated.

I feel cheated.

On October 28 (2017) I made an online purchase (order 41974) the value was charged to my VISA card but for some unknown reason the value was returned after a few minutes, so I tried it again (order 41990), but this time with a MASTERCARD card. This second try, the value was charged and it was not returned, so I assumed that there were no problems and that the purchase was satisfactory. However, the first order 41974, that should have been canceled, still like pending in my account.

I tried to communicate through the messaging system of the website, by Facebook, by mail, nothing! From October 28, and until today, I have not received any answer. And the worst thig, the order 41990, which was already paid satisfactory with my Mastercard, is still in the "Awaiting Shipment" status. 21 days and it is still "Awaiting Shipment".

The customer service is a complete disaster.
