As far as ISPs go I ve had a good experience with iiNet. The customer service is one of the main positives as I ve found you get to speak to a human quickly when things go wrong (and they always do at some point with Australian broadband!) and they are always willing to help to resolve (they seem incentivised to do so rather than just churning through calls which I ve seen with other ISPs). Overall, would recommend
