patients are very frequently thrown in restraints and put in seclusion when the situation could have been descalated by staff talking to them first. They don't-they just restrain and ask questions later.

It is basically like a warehouse-no groups-you just sit around and vegetate

You only see the psychiatrist once per week,and he/she is only at the resident level.
