Thought we'd have lunch here as in the past it has...

Thought we'd have lunch here as in the past it has been lovely but unfortunately this time it was not.
First we got asked to sit in the bar area (which was fine) but we wasn't told to order at the bar, only when we overheard another couple being seated in the bar and told to order at the bar did we realize.
The food was ok, but unfortunately the lasagne was over cooked so quite rubbery and couldn't be eaten.
Nobody asked how our food was and when we was leaving the staff didn't even acknowledged us.
Normally a Great establishment but not on this occasion.
