We have had a few bad experiences lately with terrible customer service, mostly high school girls gossiping in front of customers and taking FOREVER to get food out. Today my son went in to order food to go and the girl behind the counter brought it out in a basket. When my son told her it was supposed to be a "to go order" the girl was irritated and with attitide tossed the basket on the counter spilling fries all over. My son then had to scoop up his food off of the counter and bag it all. I called to complaine and the girls on the other end thought it was funny, giggling and such. There is no number for a manager.....how convenient! Mostly good food but terrible service! No manager is a bad bad idea.
