The technician was very considerate of my home always taking the time too put on and take off his shoe covers to protect my floors. He was very knowledgeable being able to provide evidence of necessity for all parts needing to be repaired. He was able to propose multiple courses of action to maintain our system at peak performance.
An added bonus was his affability to us in that he shared our downright love of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
