HORRIBLE DENTAL INSURANCE!!!

HORRIBLE DENTAL INSURANCE!!!

I am stuck with this dental company through my employer. I have asked them for a membership card about 6 times and was always told one will be sent and I have never got one.

A claim was submitted when my son had dental work done and I called several times about every 2 months and was told they needed one small minor thing from the Dentist and then the claim would be paid. Finally a year went by and they finally told me that they are not paying the claim. Why would you tell me every time I called prior to this it would paid and now you are telling me it is not eligible to be paid. This should have been told to me during one of my first calls.

During my last couple calls to them I was told that the Supervisor Fabio would call me back. He never called me. When I called back to speak with him, I was told that he was not available. I would be put on hold for long periods of time (15 minutes or more) while they would speak to Fabio and then come back to me and tell me that Fabio said we cannot pay your claim. Why could Fabio not man up and speak to directly in regards to this?
