To flee! I never give my opinion, but we are the victim of an unfairness and significant prejudice !!!
In February 2020, our mechanic told us that we had to change the engine block of our car, i.e. an invoice of 8,300. I contact Opteven, to know if we can have a support. They ask for expertise. This will come after many reminders from us in July. Containment is no excuse with such a delay! Each time customer service is difficult to reach, no follow-ups ...
A second expertise is required, sometimes on the first two there would be an error! This one arrives at the end of October! Such slowness is amateurism!
And at the beginning of November, the verdict falls, the engine block change does not enter into the guarantees of our contract!
It's not as if the blackout wasn't clear from the start !.
We had to have a 50% manufacturer support, this one expired because it was limited in time.
We end up with a car stuck in the dismantled engine garage. Now the garage asks us to either do the repair or 8,300. Or to reassemble the engine without repair with security costs, while it was Opteven who made this request.
We are launching a legal procedure, because it is not possible that these people without sort like that ....
