Technician, Matt, arrived promptly and did the work efficiently. I called for a broken AC Central unit and they came THAT DAY. I did sign a service plan that others seem to think is not worthy, but after using two other companies over two years who did not even look 'under the hood' so to speak of my unit, I happily signed a one year service agreement that covers twice yearly maintenance on my AC AND gas heating unit.
