Hey there, This is ain't the right place for your career. When you go for an Interview to this place you would have to wait for atleast 6 hours to meet the Manager . The first round is the HR round, they do not have the basic knowledge on Medical Billing. The Next round would be either directly with the Manager or his assistants who are not worthy to be so called Service Delivery managers and Head Ops. The Final round is with the Manager who bargains with you for the salary and gives a hike of Rs. 500 or Rs 1000 based on your last salary.

Once you are in, you will be treated like slaves. You will not be given your offs except on sundays, work on Government holidays too. Worst Place ever to work. They sack people with no proper reasons.
