I do not know why they give you a shift with a schedule if after they make you enter 1 hour and a half later, and they let first the one who complains and entertains at the reception. I arrived 1 hour early (my problem) and they made me spend 1 hour and a half later than my scheduled shift.
Hire more staff if needed or better manage shifts.
