I have always had good experiences with the staff and services provided at gear music. They re a small store but in the past 10+ years that I have been coming to them they have always had an interesting selection of great products for both beginners and professionals. Their staff (especially Scott) have always been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to talk to. One of the things that keeps me coming back to the store over and over again is their guitar techs, who have always impressed me with their work. I have owned over 20 guitars in my life and have gotten setups for them all over the GTA and the guys at gear have consistently blown the competition away with the quality of their work. With this being said no one is perfect, and after 10 year I had my first disappointing experience with a difficult setup I had gotten done there. I don t believe that it is reasonable to expect perfection from anyone, but this experience left me upset because I assumed that it was just something that I would have to live with. Now this is what sets gear music apart from every other music store big and small is their commitment to their customers, immediately after hearing that I wasn t happy with my setup they reached out to me and offered to make it right. The staff here are not only the best people I have ever encountered in a music store, they are some the best people I have ever had the good fortune of conducting business with as a customer.
