Exceptional service. Shannon was the epitome of professional and handled everything with ease and quickly got me into my service loner while my vehicle has it's alternator replaced. I live in Tulsa Ok. I've purchased 2 Lexus vehicles there. If I lived in Scottsdale you would have my business. I traveled to Scottsdale on vacation when this happened. Shannon even looked up some nearby hotels for me so that I didn't have to look. Got a nice room 5 minutes from the dealership and the golf courses I plan to play while here.
