I was given inaccurate information when I reached out in regards to the cost of going through a treatment. I was told one thing but charged more and for different expenses than what was explained to me. This is one example of why I think PrefferedOne is the worst insurance company I have had. I would be less bitter if I had not provided their customer care person with the codes I got directly from my healthcare provider.

This is by far the worst insurance provider I have had. If you are seeking insurance as an employee or as an employer, I encourage you to look elsewhere.
