2nd time spending 2 nights at this Hotel. Was NOT ...

2nd time spending 2 nights at this Hotel. Was NOT filled with pleasant experiences. Both times I went, the same type of room was used (photos and captions apply to both occasions). This review is solely based on the Hotel. The Casino is great.

The 1st time I went, the Keurig machine was broken. After informing the staff that it was broken twice, nothing was done about it. That was the only problem that occurred, other than minor ones. I.E. cleaning ladies not refilling the bathroom supplies, even after asking them. Left them a separate tip, since the request was after their regular morning duties. They never saw the separate tip because they never came by.

The 2nd time I stayed here, my experience was way worse. My Mom doesn't gamble, so when my Dad and I go down to gamble for a bit, she was happy that there was "casting available" on the TVs in the room (so she can watch Hulu, Netflix, etc). The casting didn't work at all. The available devices section would keep showing devices from other rooms, from random floors in the hotel. When flushing our network configurations completely, (love how android is basically linux) the available devices would show a different room's device each time. Got to the point where I told hotel staff that we have a problem and would like assistance. At this point, my dad and I leave the room. After IT working with my Mom for 2 to 3 hours, the issue is still not solved. It gets to the point where we are told we have to switch rooms. We gladly agree, only for the other room to not work either (shoulda figured). Tried a 3rd room as well. They all had the same issues. At this point my Mom isn't happy, the bell boy had to be tipped for luggage that we shouldn't have had to move to begin with, and we end up wasting 4 hours of our time at this hotel.

I went downstairs later and asked for "complimentary on-demand videos to be free." Good thing that the answer was an immediate yes. If it wasn't an immediate yes, I would have rated this hotel a 1 star.
