Bought a new car from them half a year ago. Had an accident and have my car repaired at this facility. After that, tried to get a trade-in value from them. They offered me a ridiculously low price., and refused to give me a written offer. When I stopped by at Carmax, their offer is 10K more. Not only that, I feel I was very respected during the whole process . I do not want to single out anyone today, but my experience is that they do not care about their customers, only want to make more money from you. I will not buy and sell a car to them in the future.
