I signed up with Addison Group months ago and have not had one assignment. My first person of contact Nick Pence seemed great but, he was promoted to another position. I received a voicemail and email from a lady telling me she was my new point of contact. I returned her call and I emailed her. I did not hear back. I talked to someone else who said she was no longer there. I expressed my need for work was told they have not been able to reach me which isn't true...I returned emails and calls to all 3 people who were supposed to be my point of contact at different times. Still nothing.. very frustrating since I've been out of work almost a year now Feb will be a year. I called Addison Group once again recently spoke to Nick who was again very nice and apologetic but he no longer does recruiting. He put me through to recruiter Eric who was supposed to help me! Once again only my info was taken and I was told I'd be call back! Nothing ...no email no call back. No assignments. I have lost my apartment in June due to being out of work and now also on dart transportation only. I have worked for temp agencies since the 90's and had better luck and staffing agencies then. I have never had such a bad experience with a staffing agency. Very disappointed...
