Everyone we worked with, from the person who came to give a quote to teh installation crew to the office person I called, was helpful, on time and efficient. We got two quotes and Pyramid beat the other one by price and level of air conditioning unit. We are so happy we chose them and we love our air conditioner. We also liked that they offer a discount when paying cash. I recommend them highly!
