On February 1st 2017 I was in need of a new garage door opener. I called several companies to do this job (as my pappy always said; Do what you do best and hire the rest ) as I didn t feel qualified to tackle the job myself. After calling 4 difference companies I decided to go with Ameriserv. They quoted me a good price for the new unit and installation AND could do the job the same day. Nice
They sent out a young man by the name of James. James was personable and a likeable fella. I showed him to the garage and explained the situation. James patiently listened to me rant on about the problem. He then assed the situation and explained what he would need to do. He said we ll take care if it for you.
The job was done cleanly and neatly. He cleaned up the work area then took the time to explain the general use of the door opener. Well I had a door opener before he put this one in so I didn t need much explanation and he recognized that in my answers. We finished our transaction and we tested the door together. He gave knowledgeable answers to my questions and off he went to help the next person in garage door distress.
I highly recommend Ameriserv and you should ask for James when you setup your appointment.
