Strong sales pitch, similar to others here who talk about the sales guy they send to your house (instead of a technician) Extremely expensive installation and the water heater they installed from American Water Heater Company. Looking up this company shows an overwhelming amount of negative feedback from people all having similar problems (pilot won't stay lit) and poor customer service. About two weeks after it was installed my pilot light went out mysteriously. I literally gave them over a thousand dollars in labor to install a $400 water heater with terrible reviews. (FYI, you do not get an itemized invoice) I will say that so far they have been at least very courteous, but I do not believe they are good value.
