I won a contest that was administered from avid Marketing Group. To get my prize, I had to fill out some paperwork and send over my driver's license. (A little extreme for a $25 prize..) I faxed it over 7 times and emailed it. They claimed they've never received it despite each of the faxes having a confirmation letter. Their only response was stock replies back even when I would reply asking if they received my fax. Point:if you use them for contests you're just going to piss off your customers who entered them, won, and now have to deal with this apparently incompetent staff. Big waste of my time.
