Worst customer service ever!! We bought a 2012 Chrysler 200 from them. Before we signed the contract they said the would fix the heat that did not work properly. So they had the car for 2 weeks with no loaner or anything. Luckily I work at a dealership so I still had transportation, but they didn't fix the heat. Then 2-3 weeks later they took it back to try and fix it again with no results. Within a month the alternator went out and the window switch on the passenger side went out. All around horrible experience. Our only saving grace was getting a wreck and the car being totaled!!!
