First time in this school and financial aid office...

First time in this school and financial aid office is a joke. I check in at 11am and the front desk told me I m the 2nd in line, after 30mins i ask her again and still the 2nd in line. After 1h30mins of waiting, I went straight to the financial aid office and they said I have to wait for another 30mins? Are you kidding me? So the guy supposed to meet me, he went out for a coffee while I have been waiting for 1h30. Wow!
