Staff are not customer friendly. They don't care about attending you. You have to wait a lot even to talk to them. Won't give any receipt until you ask.

If you give bad rating to this hotel in any online booking website, the management will call you and instead of trying to know the reason of bad rating they will rudely ask you to change the rating as though they are your masters.

Hotel is good but due to above reasons I will never visit it again and won't advise anybody to do so.
