My first order from Scott Shuptrine came in a month later than promised and both pieces were damaged. The repair person said it was not fixable, and we were told to reorder. I had to contact our sales person, she did not contact me. It was discontinued fabric, but they said they had enough to make another set. They had us keep the damaged pieces until the replacement came. The said it should be done for the holidays. I called the week before Christmas and they said the new delivery date was end of January. Today, March 5th the new furniture was delivered DAMAGED AGAIN. The sales person and customer support supervisor were less than helpful in our frustration. Their only response was to return the furniture, not taking into account all that was purchased for the entire room around these pieces. I would never use Scott Shuptrine and their unprofessional staff. Century furniture cannot ship furniture without it being damaged....the only staff that was at all helpful and supportive was the delivery staff.
