Staff gave a keycard for an occupied room. The keycard itself was able to unlock the room, and when i did so, there were ppl in the room. Got re-check into another room on the floor above that happens to have some kind of insect in the bathroom and the bath tub didn't even have a drain stopper. Called reception 2 times and it took them 30 mins to find a person to come and check the tub. At first, they even said they could not get another stopper as the office is closed, when they've could've easily take the stopper from another unoccupied room. Fortunately, the person came back with a stopper 10 mins later after i ve express how unhappy I am. My cousin's room was also flooded in the shower. I just don't think that this is the level of service i should've gotten for the price i've paid. Just too much problem and low level of preparation. Not recommended
