A foreign owned mafia-like entity backed by the state with absolutely terrible customer service. Although prompted during calls that they will be recorded, there was no history of my inquiries for over 2 year when I have called them multiple times throughout that timeframe. Each time during my calls, I was told that my account was in good standing. Now I have a $10 zipcash bill that has turned into $150. They are incompetent, apathetic or rude, and thieves. Although they make way over a billion dollars in revenue each year, their system is completely useless, if not, designed to bleed Texans into corpses.
