Popular tourist attraction. The Urban Lights exhibit is free, the museum itself is not (but you can get free admission when LA has its museum day). If you're going to the Urban Lights, be prepared. It can be very crowded or people may be filming. There's parking right across from the exhibit and there's a parking structure. Not so shockingly, a lot of people go to take pictures so it can be challenging to get a perfect picture with nobody in the background. The good thing is the exhibit is so picturesque that you can get a nice photo with just your phone.
