I have been trying to leave a review on the Consumer Action Law Groups website for the longest, but I haven't been able to. So, I'll post it on Google instead. I want to start by saying that Pauliana is the greatest. She took on the Auto dealership and won.
She worked tirelessly to win a settlement in my favor. While always remaining professional and courteous. I received regular feedback despite Pauliana's hectic schedule.
When Pauliana couldn't follow up, Fanny Alvarez would contact me . Fanny is just a delight. She always conveyed messages in a clear and concise manner.
Matt provided honest, important and informative information that assisted me when making my final decision in the case.
I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the firm. I have recommended Consumer Action Law Group to family, friends and , co-workers. Pauliana, Matt, and Fanny thank you for doing such a great job. My family and I will forever be greatful.
