BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY HAVE...

BAD BUSINESS! BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP! THEY HAVE NO REGARDS FOR YOUR CAR! I had my 2014 Audi Q7 towed in due to mechanical issues. After 3 weeks under their care, repairs were NEVER made and my car was driven for 500 miles!! They did initially ask for permission to test drive my vehicle which I assumed would be 5,10,15 or 20 miles around the block or down the highway, but 500 miles?? I find this to be completely unnecessary & ridiculous that my $70k car was driven for this duration. When I inquired about this they simply said, "you gave us permission to drive the vehicle". WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DEALER AGAIN!
CONSUMERS, IF YOU GO TO THIS DEALER- DO NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO TEST DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE!! I have since traded in my Q7 and moved on. I will never purchase another vehicle again that is affiliated with Volkswagon Corp. including Audi and Porsche!! Have you seen the news lately? I rest my case!!
