Over a 5 day residential move they failed to arriv...

Over a 5 day residential move they failed to arrive on time once, sent inadequate numbers and types of vehicles, sent agency staff and students, damaged and lost items, damaged carpets at both ends of the move, drove over lawns, failed to insure items, verbally abused my wife, threatened me with violence, aggressively asked for tips and will not engage in any dialogue subsequently. And then I get a mailing from them offering their services for my next move! An utter disgrace to their industry. I really cannot recommend more strongly than you avoid them.
