We ended up not eating here. They told us it was an hour wait. We put our name on the list. We wanted to sit outside and there were MANY open tables out there. We inquired with Another server and she told us we can order from the bar and sit on the patio. We proceeded to do so and the nar staff refused to take our order and said we need to check with the server outside. we did... he told us at first he would help us, then he said he wouldnt bc he would have to clean off an area to accommodate our party of 6. I went to the front to speak with a manager and I approached the head manager and he said I am a manager and so is he and brushed me off to the younger manager.. totally disregarded the fact that I said I wanted to speak with a manager so obviously something was wrong. He wasnt busy either. Just looking over the crossed out names on the waiting list. The younger manager was polite and had I spoken with him first, we prob would have stayed. But overall they had us waiting over 45 minutes for empty tables. The rude manager tried to a person in my party that they are short staffed and that is why we couldn't be seated. We again suggested what the server suggested of ordering at the bar to sit outside.. he said he couldn't accommodate us yet again. Oh and they had a dog inside the restaurant too so it probably was best we didnt eat there anyway. We will never go back to that Chevys again!!
