This place is beautiful and the staff are wonderful and super accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was menorable. There are a few small touches that made it memorable. I was here for my birthday Jan 27th to 29th and it was nice and quiet. I went for a couples massage the first afternoon, and soaked in the hot spring after. The hot spring is small, but it is very nice for about 6-8 people at a time. The spa atmosphere is relaxing and very nice smelling. We stayed in the king with Jacuzzi and it was large and very well made up. There is a fireplace and a newly installed 40" LG tv which is good for a night in. The couch isn't overly comfortable, but the bed was amazing. They add a plush duvet beneath you for extra squishy comfort. One downside is that we were directly above the hot spring so sound carried from patrons in the hot spring in the evening and early (7-8am) morning. The jacuzzi was lovely and we used it last night with some bath bombs we brought. There are small Nespresso machines in the room which made me feel right at home. No stir sticks if you wanted to add anything though. Wine glasses and espresso cups in the room, as well as local info. There is also a safe in the closet which was helpful. I definitely recommend this place for a romantic getaway or girls weekend. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, as well as a nail parlour in the spa. Dinner at the Cannery was delicious and they offered some special touches for my birthday. Very friendly and welcoming waitress Sharon was lovely. She took some pictures for my partner and I which was a special touch also. I can't wait for my next visit.
