First to start the overall stay was good the kids loved the pools and the location is great. The reason for the three stars is the day of check in we waited in line 40 mins in lobby with no ac it was broke, then get the key cards to room. We parked then grabbed our luggage and headed to room and the key card didn't work. So it was back to the lobby aka sauna to get key reprogrammed I guess that was another 20 mins so an hour just to get in our room. Everything was fine after that till last day we came back from pool and room service had left our door open. This was really upsetting, the manager on staff did adress the issue and was polite. So if you have kids great place because of all the pools that was the best thing about the place.
