The waiting room was crowded, with at least 3 people without a mask . The staff in triage did not bother to offer them mask. It would have been nice to see them enforce the mask policy by offering those patients mask. The lady at the door before I was triaged questioned me as if I was going to see the president, then minimized my complaint to the nurse/tech(don t know cos I didn t see a badge) Waiting time was ridiculously long, although I can understand why it can be long sometimes, but it was moving at a snails pace. It took them almost 2 hours to do blood work. I made an appointment with my PCP, finished a movie and still not seen. No updates, I politely asked the to take the line out and left !
