My family has bought few cars from this dealership...

My family has bought few cars from this dealership but it was my first time getting a car.
My sales person Cesar was really nice and I give him 5 stars!
However the manager was very rude to me for just asking questions and my sales person recognize that!
Afterwards when I went to finance guy John Pamroy,
he was trying so hard to sell me protection services which I told him I am not interested in but in return after arguing for minutes he said "next time don't ask that many questions if you aren't going to purchase these options" I almost lost it after hearing this! He was so disrespectful!
I would never come back here because of my experience and the only reason I am giving to 2 stars instead of 1 is because my sales person was really nice and understanding.
