Staff was nice but my wife and I felt super uncomfortable and left within a minute. None of our offsets were the fault of the establishments. We should have done more research because we didnt expect it to be in someones house and the reception area be in the basement... Also when they say "clothing optional" they really mean "everyone behind that curtain is totally naked." That kinda upset my wife and made me feel weird. Again no fault to the spa. They understood our concerns and didn't charge us a dime.
