I sent an appeal but they never replied. After 7weeks they just sent a demand for the full amount, I phoned up and managed to get through on the phone to ask about my appeal, the lady claimed they wrote to me rejecting my appeal weeks ago and she claimed it must have got lost in the post but I know they never sent any letter. So beware people! I ended up paying the full charge just for an easy life evan though I never evan parked my my car where they claimed I did. You are dealing with crooks that won't play fair and just want your money.
