I recently used the services of ACPWC for my wedding planning. The team was helpful, but the overall communication and organization were lacking. The coordinator seemed overwhelmed at times and it was difficult to get timely responses to my questions. 😕 While the end result was satisfactory, I expected more attention to detail and a smoother process. The pricing was fair, but I felt like I had to follow up on many things that should have been taken care of. The company has potential, but they need to improve their customer service and responsiveness to truly stand out in the industry.
