Crew and nurses were awesome. The only problem was the slowness of the processes.

I changed my mind. the worst hospital ever. my kid has pain and we were told to wait up to 8 hours !!! because others are more important. they behaved my family like garbage. we had to wait for all local people to get through and then they visited us reluctantly.
I asked the reason many times and what I got back was just ignorance.
We came two times in two days, waited from 20:00 till 23:20 and did not get any help. There were little people waiting with us or no people at all like in the photo, but still doctors did not come to us.
Update: on the third day we got help from doctors.
Labor Dept is amazing. Friendly and lovely staffs. Special thanks for the midewife Linda Daiber Huppert. She is lovely and patient.
had an amazing birth experience a few weeks ago, the midwives and nurses are so friendly and warm. My husband and I don't speak very good German but that was not an issue at all, everyone was so nice from the labour to delivery to the aftercare. Definitely recommend them.
Amazing experience, we have our first born here.
The doctors are amazing, the nurses are caring and supportive. They made the whole experience amazing.

Went to the emergency room and got told to wait for an hour and 30 minutes because there are 3 people ahead of me. In truth there were only 2 people in the room. The emergency services are very bad
AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Avoid this place unless it is completely necessary. Needed help with an urgent throat pain and it took more than 7 hours to get proper treatment (I wasn't the only one and others were even shouting trying to get a doctor's attention). I wasn't believing the bad reviews and wanted to give it a try but it was such a big mistake! No interest in their patients at all.

my wife gave birth at DRK last week and our overall experience was beyond amazing, the doctors, the nurses and the supporting staff was so patient, caring and careful, almost everyone spoke English which reflects their foreigner friendly attitude, we were so impressed with the flow of information and handover between nurses, it was absolutely perfect. We were taken care of like our family would, may be better. Thanks to the entire team of DRK westend for making our birth experience and our stay overwhelmingly positive.
An excellent Anesthesia department. A highly recommended Surgery team (abdomen and Thyroid).
