Chad at Mountain West Trailers is top notch ! I've bought many trailers through the years, customer service and value ( in that order ) are the two most important things I look for. I recently moved to the Western Slope of Colorado from the midwest so I needed to find a new trailer dealer to work with. Of the dealers I talked with two are a short drive from me and Mountain West is by far the furthest dealer from me at over 300 miles from my home. One of the close by dealers could have sold me the exact same trailer but Chad was so helpful, thorough and professional I decided to make the journey to buy my trailer from Mountain West. Chad worked with me by phone and email to spec my perfect trailer, double checked the order with me, then put my trailer on order. The trailer came in right on schedule, I went and picked it up and I'm very pleased. True customer service is very hard to find these days but I found it with Chad so I highly recommend Mountain West Trailers !
