After a few months of trying to straighten out the billing department on services we had received, we decided to contact Benemax for assistance. Within a day, an Individual Member Advocate (Nora Jarboe) reviewed the bills that I sent to her, pulled up data on our account to see what was paid and then resolved the issues with the doctor's practice.
