This company offered a promotion for 2 months for faster speed. After 2 months we called and said we don t want the faster speed and to reduce our speed. They didn t do anything. The next month we get billed and we say that we canceled that speed we wanted the lower one. We said if they took off the $15 difference, we wouldn t mind staying with them. They refused. They charged us a late fee and cancellation fee because we said we didn t want to continue service because we didn t want the faster speed. We now owe $168 FROM ONE MONTH OF BILLING because we canceled with them. DONT GO WITH THE COMPANY!!! You will get billed if you cancel or want to reduce your speed!
