This is a scam. Tried to get my GF to pay for an accident that she wasn't in, in a car she no longer owned (for over a year). They were rude and harassed her AND her family. Threatened her credit if she didn't pay. Refuse to simply pull up Carfax and see who actually owned the car. How do you demand payment, AND threaten credit scores, when you don't even have a judgment against someone from the court? FYI, Wilbur dorks, its one of the first things you learn in law school, if someone says "Speak to my layer," you stop talking to them and you contact their lawyer. This is not a law office, its a fraud office. Don't pay these dorks.
UPDATE:
Oh give me a break, dork. Look at all your reviews! You can't seem to locate a claim? Because you are incompetent. You can't seem to locate CarFax either. Or locate the concept of a contract being legal when you sign it, not when the state gets around to processing it. You also can't get around to contacting a car dealership for verification. You CAN however get around to harassing people and their family members, threatening them, and demanding money that isn't owed WITHOUT A LEGAL JUDGMENT! You are a trash company and this phony "Gee golly we don't understand what you mean" response is not representative of how you run your business. NOBODY GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY WITHOUT A JUDGMENT! ITS. A. SCAM.
