I had an average experience with The Wireless Alliance. Their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. The prices were reasonable and competitive. However, the customer service could have been better. I had to wait a long time to speak to a representative, and they were not very helpful or knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience.
