They refuse to make any variations to the menu. Even the steaks must be cooked as Medium Rare. This to me this implies that the meals are at least partially pre-cooked which is not acceptable for a restaurant this high-end.
The meal I had was ok. We had the function room and the appetisers were good but I didn t like the main or the desert. If they had of simply let me have the hanger steak with no gravy and cooked medium (instead of medium rare), I would have been much happier with the meal and likely have left a 4 or 5 star review.
One thing I thought was exceptionally good though was the wait staff. They were very friendly and regularly checked to ensure we hadn t run out of water or the drink we were having etc.
